Summary

The organization of language learning will be consolidated in the administrative area of ​​the Ministry of Education and Research in order to end fragmentation and ensure more effective solutions for society and the labor market. The regulation of the use of the state language will be updated, the principles of Estonian-language administration in the public sector will be strengthened, and the teaching of the Estonian language for adults will be improved.
