The establishment of a legal framework ensures the safety of patients and healthcare professionals, as well as uniform and high-quality treatment, allowing to avoid situations where the legality of an intervention is debatable. Although the implementation of containment measures entails additional monitoring and documentation obligations for health care providers, the new one reduces once the administrative burden in resolving disputes.
