Summary

The purpose of the law is to expand the monitoring and control capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in peacetime. Create an opportunity for the Defense Forces to better identify and repel military drones and to actively participate in the monitoring and control of law enforcement threats, the Police and Border Guard Board to more effectively prevent crime and protect people's lives and health, as well as respond to risks arising from new drone threats.
