Summary
Kultuurikomisjon otsustas teha Riigikogule ettepaneku nimetada uuteks ERR-i tegevusvaldkonna tunnustatud asjatundjatest nõukogu liikmeteks Veronika Kalmus, Merit Kopli ja Marek Tamm. Kandidaatide valikul peeti eelkõige oluliseks nende erialast pädevust, sõltumatust ja usaldusväärsust ning ERR-i tegevusvaldkonna seisukohalt oluliste teadmiste ja kogemuste olemasolu. Seaduse kohaselt koosneb ERR-i nõukogu Riigikogu liikmetest ja rahvusringhäälingu tegevusvaldkonna tunnustatud asjatundjatest. Seadusemuudatuste tulemusena peab ERR-i tegevusvaldkonna tunnustatud asjatundjate hulgast nimetatavate liikmete arv olema ühe liikme võrra suurem kui Riigikogus esindatud fraktsioonide arv. Juhtivkomisjoniks määrati kultuurikomisjon.
