Summary
Eelnõu pikendab alates 1. jaanuarist kuni 31. detsembrini 2016 Kaitseväe kuni kümne tegevväelase kasutamise tähtaega Euroopa Liidu väljaõppemissioonil EUTM Mali (European Union Training Mission in Mali). Järgmise aasta lõpuni pikendatakse ka Kaitseväe kuni kümne tegevväelase kasutamise tähtaega Malis ÜRO rahutagamismissioonil MINUSMA (United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali). 2016. aastal panustab Eesti EUTM Mali missioonil instruktoritega, kelle ülesandeks on Mali üksuste sõjaväeline väljaõpe. Samuti panustatakse staabiohvitseridega, kes osalevad Mali üksuste väljaõppe planeerimis- ja nõustamisprotsessis. MINUSMA-sse panustab Eesti järgmisel aastal kahe staabiohvitseriga ning vaatlus- ja nõustamismeeskonnaga, kes teenivad MINUSMA koosseisus olevas Hollandi juhitavas mitmeriigi-sihtüksuses ASIFU (All Sources Information Fusion Unit).
