Summary
Eelnõu eesmärk on ära hoida lõpptarbija taastuvenergia tasu rohkem kui 20%, mis kaasneks juhul kui Eesti Energial tekib õigus saada elektrituruseaduse § 59 alusel Tootsi tuulepargis taastuvenergia toetust. Samuti luua tingimused järgnevatel aastatel taastuvenergia tasude vähenemiseks lõpptarbija jaoks.
