Summary
Eelnõu algatajad peavad tähtsaks koolide, huvikoolide ja lasteaedade häireteta tegevust ning peavad õpetajate streigi ära hoidmist valitsuse ülesandeks. Kuigi Eesti Haridustöötajate Liit on tähtajatu streigi algusaja juba 22. jaanuarile 2024 määranud, on valitsusel ka nüüd veel piisavalt aega langetamaks otsus õpetajate riikliku palgaeraldise piisavaks suurendamiseks läbirääkimispartneri poolt taotletud tasemele. Seetõttu tehakse valitusele ettepanek astuda vajalikud sammud õpetajate streigi ärahoidmiseks ja teha selleks vajalikud ettepanekud palgafondi suurendamiseks ning õpetajate töökoormuse reguleerimiseks ja karjäärimudeli uuendamiseks alates 2025. aastast.
