Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse ettepanek töötada hiljemalt käesoleva aasta 1. maiks välja vajalikud õigusaktid, et tagada koalitsioonilepingus kokku lepitud õpetajate palga jõudmine 120 protsendini Eesti keskmisest palgast ning kehtestada alates 2025. aastast õpetajatele neljaastmeline karjäärimudel, mis on seotud nii töötasu tõusu kui ka koormusarvestuse ja lisatööülesannetega.
