Riigikogu otsus „Ettepaneku tegemine Vabariigi Valitsusele loobuda plaanist leevendada Eesti kodakondsuse saamise tingimusi"

Summary

Eesti Reformierakonna, Erakond Eesti 200 ja Sotsiaaldemokraatliku Erakonna valitsusliidu programmis aastataks 2023 - 2027 on fikseeritud: ,,Muudame kodakondsuse seadust, et võimaldada Eestis sündinud alaealistel lastel, kelle vanemad või vanem ei ole Eesti kodanikud, saada sünnijärgsele kodakondsusele lisaks ka Eesti kodakondsus naturalisatsiooni korras juhul, kui nende vanemad või last üksi kasvatav vanem on Eestis püsivalt elanud enne 20. augustit 1991." Sellist lähenemist ei saa õigeks pidada. Seetõttu tehakse otsuse eelnõuga Vabariigi Valitsusele ettepanek loobuda plaanist leevendada Eesti kodakondsuse saamise tingimusi.
