Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette, et elektri hinnatõusu leevendamiseks tuleb tühistada elektrienergia taastuvenergia tasu tarbijatele ning katta taastuvenergia tasud tootjatele riigieelarve eraldisena CO2 emissiooni kvootide tulust. Seetõttu tehakse valitsusele ettepanek algatada vastav eelnõu. Lisaks tehakse valitsusele ettepanek algatada 2022. aasta riigieelarve seaduse eelnõu selliselt, et selle tulud ei näe ette kütuse- ja elektriaktsiisi praeguste määrade tõstmist.
