Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse Vabariigi Valitsusele ettepanek algatada seaduse eelnõu, millega määratletaks kalapüügiseaduses õiguslikult randlase kui veepiiri omavas asustusüksuses püsivalt elava ning lautrit ja paati kasutava inimese mõiste ning laiendataks randlastele kalapüügiloa andmise korda sarnaselt püsiasustusega väikesaarte püsielanikele. Samuti tehakse ettepanek töötada välja randluse toetusprogramm, mille vahendid näha ette 2023. aasta riigieelarve eelnõus ning mille juhtrühm moodustatakse rannakogukondade esindajaid kaasates.
