Summary
Eelnõu kohaselt peaks valitsus langetama otsuse hiljemalt aasta lõpuks, kui ei kehtestata ELi ühist sõjasanktsiooni Venemaale varem, lõpetama pöördumatult Venemaa gaasi kasutamise Eestis. Selleks on vajalik valitsusel välja töötada tegevuskava, mis hõlmaks nii LNG terminali rajamist kui alternatiivsete energiavarustuse võimaluste pakkumist tarbijatele, eriti tööstustarbijatele, pidades silmas näiteks biometaanile ülemineku suuremat toetamist.
