Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse ettepanek nimetada Eesti Rahvusringhäälingu nõukogu tunnustatud eksperdist liikmeteks Paavo Nõgene ja Raul Rebane. Nõukogu ekspertidest uute liikmete nimetamine tuleneb asjaolust, et 2020. aastal nõukogu liikmeteks nimetatud Peeter Espaki ja Viktor Trasbergi volitused lõpevad 27. mail. Kahe ülejäänud asjatundjast liikme, nõukogu esimehe Rein Veidemanni ja Sulev Valneri volitused algasid 2022. aastal ja kestavad 2027. aastani. Rahvusringhäälingu nõukokku kuulub üks esindaja igast Riigikogu fraktsioonist Riigikogu koosseisu volituste lõppemiseni ning neli asjatundjat rahvusringhäälingu tegevusvaldkonna tunnustatud asjatundjate hulgast, kelle volituste tähtaeg on viis aastat.
