Summary
Eelnõu näeb ette kutsuda Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu nõukogust tagasi Peeter Rahnel seoses tema Riigikogu liikme volituste lõppemisega ja nimetada nõukogu liikmeks Ruuben Kaalep. Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu nõukogu on Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu kõrgeim juhtimisorgan, kuhu kuulub seitse liiget. Riigikogu nimetab kultuurikomisjoni ettepanekul nõukogusse kolm Riigikogu liiget ja kaks Rahvusraamatukogu töövaldkondade tunnustatud asjatundjat volituste tähtajaga neli aastat. Riigikogu 2019. aasta 27. mai otsuse kohaselt nimetati Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu nõukogusse Riigikogu liikmed Signe Kivi, Mihhail Lotman ja Peeter Rahnel ning Rahvusraamatukogu töövaldkondade tunnustatud asjatundjad Andres Kollist ja Priit Pirsko. Ametikoha järgi kuulub nõukogusse Riigikogu Kantselei direktor Antero Habicht ning kultuuriminister on nimetanud nõukogu liikmeks Kultuuriministeeriumi kultuuriväärtuste osakonna juhataja Mihkel Kaevatsi.
