Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse ettepanek peatada e-hääletamise läbiviimine Eesti Vabariigis kuni kontrollsüsteemide puuduste kõrvaldamiseni. Seletuskirjas viidatakse ODIHR (OSCE Demokraatlike Institutsioonide ja Inimõiguste Büroo) 2025. aasta õiguslikule hinnangule Eesti e-hääletamise kohta, mis annab põhjaliku ja kriitilise analüüsi meie internetipõhise valimissüsteemi kohta. Raportis tunnustatakse edusamme, kuid osutatakse ka tõsistele puudustele, mis ohustavad süsteemi usaldusväärsust, läbipaistvust ja valijate usaldust.
