Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele järgmised ettepanekud: tõsta riiklikult rahastatud viljatusravi vanusepiiri vähemalt 42. eluaastani meditsiinilise näidustuse olemasolul; suurendada riiklikult rahastatud viljatusravi kättesaadavust ja teenusemahtu, et vähendada ravijärjekordi ning parandada ravi õigeaegset alustamist; näha ette doonorrakkude soetamise kulude osaline või täielik kompenseerimine ravikindlustatud isikutele meditsiinilistel näidustustel, sealhulgas geneetiliste haiguste, vähiravi tagajärgede või enneaegse munasarjapuudulikkuse korral. Muudatuste eesmärk on tagada õiglasem ja vajaduspõhisem ligipääs viljatusravile ning vähendada olukordi, kus lapse saamise võimalus sõltub inimese majanduslikust olukorrast.
