Summary
Eelnõuga tehakse valitsusele ettepanek esitada Riigikogule konkreetne tegevuskava erihoolekandeteenuste kättesaadavuse parandamiseks, järjekordade vähendamiseks ning vajaliku rahastuse tagamiseks. Erihoolekandeteenused on mõeldud inimestele, kes vajavad oma vaimse tervise tõttu igapäevaelus juhendamist, nõustamist, kõrvalabi ja järelevalvet ning kellele ei ole võimalik pakkuda vajalikku abi teiste sotsiaalhoolekandeliste abimeetmetega.
