Summary
Otsuse eelnõu näeb ette nimetada Riigikogu liige Evelin Poolamets Eesti Rahvusringhäälingu nõukogu liikmeks. Otsus tuleneb senise nõukogu liikme Varro Vooglaiu lahkumisest Eesti Konservatiivse Rahvaerakonna fraktsioonist. Eesti Rahvusringhäälingu nõukogu koosneb Riigikogu liikmetest ja Rahvusringhäälingu tegevusvaldkonna tunnustatud asjatundjatest. Riigikogu nimetab Riigikogu kultuurikomisjoni ettepanekul nõukokku ühe esindaja igast Riigikogu fraktsioonist Riigikogu koosseisu volituste lõppemiseni ning neli Rahvusringhäälingu tegevusvaldkonna tunnustatud asjatundjat, kelle volitused kestavad viis aastat.
