Summary
Lähtudes vajadusest tagada ettevõtluskeskkonna läbipaistvus ning toetada korruptsiooni, rahapesu ja varjatud huvide vastast võitlust, tehakse valitsusele ettepanek loobuda tegelike kasusaajate andmete põhjendamatust avalikkuse eest salastamisest ning tagada andmetele võrdne, läbipaistev ja seaduspärane juurdepääs kooskõlas avaliku huvi ja õiguspärase kasutuse põhimõtetega.
