Summary
Lähtudes vajadusest tugevdada avalikkuse usaldust riigi osalusega äriühingute juhtimise vastu ning ennetada huvide konflikte avaliku vara valitsemisel tehakse valitsusele ettepanek töötada välja ja esitada vajalikud õigusaktide muudatused, millega kehtestatakse riigi osalusega äriühingute nõukogude liikmetele kohustus esitada majanduslike huvide deklaratsioonid ning tagatakse nende avalikustamine seaduses sätestatud korras.
