La section 1 du chapitre III du titre I er du livre III de la troisième partie du code du travail est complétée par un article L. 3313‑2‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 3313‑2-1 . – Pour les entreprises de moins de 50 salariés, la déclaration des accords de participation et d’intéressement est effectuée de manière dématérialisée et pré-remplie dont les conditions de mise en œuvre sont fixées par décret. »
