Summary

Après l’article 2  bis  de la loi du 1 er  juillet 1901 relative au contrat d’association, il est inséré un article 2  ter  ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 2 ter .  – Toute personne condamnée pour l’une des infractions prévues aux articles 421‑1 à 421‑8 du code pénal ne peut diriger ou administrer une association pendant une durée de dix ans au plus à compter de la date à laquelle la décision de condamnation est devenue définitive. »
