I. – À l’alinéa 6, après le mot : « fournisseur », insérer les mots : « dont le chiffre d’affaires consolidé au niveau mondial excède 1,5 milliard d’euros, ou toute réduction significative du niveau de livraisons d’un tel fournisseur à l’égard de son distributeur, ». II. – En conséquence, au même alinéa 6, après le mot : « préalable », insérer les mots : « de la partie à l’initiative de cette réduction ».
