Summary

Le code de la santé publique est ainsi modifié : 1° Après l’article L. 1110‑2, il est inséré un article L. 1110‑2-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 1110‑2-1.  – Un professionnel de santé ne peut procéder à la technique chirurgicale qui consiste à restaurer l’hymen d’une personne mineure. » 2° Après l’article L. 1115‑2, il est inséré un article L. 1115‑3 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 1115‑3. – L’opération chirurgicale de rétablissement de l’hymen en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 1110‑2‑1 est punie d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende. »
