Substituer à l’alinéa 4 les deux alinéas suivants : «  b)  Après le troisième alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le schéma fixe les objectifs établissant une trajectoire permettant d’aboutir à l’absence de toute artificialisation nette des sols, ainsi que, par tranches de dix années, un rythme maximal d’artificialisation calculé par rapport à la consommation d’espace observée sur les dix années précédentes. »
