Après l’alinéa 30, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « I  bis . – L’article L. 322‑3 du code de la justice pénale des mineurs est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Le mineur entendu par le service de la protection judiciaire de la jeunesse est informé, préalablement à l’entretien, de son droit de se taire sur les faits qui lui sont reprochés. ».
