I. – À la seconde phrase l’alinéa 6, supprimer les mots : « , sauf s’il ne l’estime pas nécessaire, » II. – En conséquence, compléter cet alinéa par la phrase suivante : « L’article 18 de la présente proposition de loi n’est pas applicable aux actes réalisés en application du II de l’article L. 1111‑12‑4 du code de la santé publique. »
