L’article L. 611‑9 du code de l’éducation est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « En vertu de sa mission de sensibilisation et de formation aux enjeux de la transition écologique et du développement durable, le service public de l’enseignement supérieur valorise les compétences, connaissances et aptitudes acquises par un étudiant relatives au climat et à la biodiversité. Les conditions d’application du présent alinéa sont fixées par décret. »
