Après l’alinéa 1, insérer l'alinéa suivant : "1° A Le premier alinéa est complété par deux phrases ainsi rédigées : « L’absence d’autorisation est présumée établie dès lors que le propriétaire du terrain atteste par écrit n’avoir délivré aucune autorisation d’occupation. Cette présomption peut être renversée par tout moyen produit par l’occupant. »
