Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « Art. L. 1111‑12‑15 . – Exercer une pression, user de manœuvres ou influencer indûment une personne afin de la pousser à demander une aide à mourir est passible d’une peine d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 15 000 euros d’amende. Si cet acte est commis à l’encontre d’une personne en situation de vulnérabilité en raison de son âge, de sa maladie, de son handicap ou de son état de dépendance, la peine est portée à deux ans d’emprisonnement et 45 000 euros d’amende. »Toute campagne publicitaire, promotionnelle ou incitative en faveur de l’aide à mourir est interdite sous peine d’une amende de 100 000 euros« .
