L’article L. 1434‑10 du code de la santé publique est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Les contrats locaux de santé comportent un volet consacré au grand âge qui tient compte du projet territorial sur le grand âge. Ils s’emploient à assurer une action coordonnée des établissements de santé, des établissements d’hébargement des personnes âges dépendantes, des établissements d’hébargement des personnes âges dépendantes à domicile et des logements inclusifs. »
