Summary

Après le huitième alinéa de l’article L. 311‑4 du code de l’action sociale, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé :  « Un projet d’accueil et d’accompagnement personnalisé est élaboré dans des conditions fixées par décret dans les deux mois suivant la conclusion du contrat de séjour. Il est réévalué et adapté au minimum une fois par an. »
