Summary

Le chapitre I er du titre V du livre II de la deuxième partie du code des transports est ainsi modifié : I. – L’article L. 2251‑2 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « En application de l’article L. 114‑1 du code de la sécurité intérieure, une enquête administrative peut également être menée en cours d’affectation, à la demande de l’employeur ou à l’initiative de l’autorité administrative, afin de vérifier le respect des obligations mentionnées aux trois premiers alinéas. » II. – À l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 2251‑6, après le mot : « exploitant », sont insérés les mots : « d’initiative ou à sa demande ».
