Summary

Après l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 223‑6 du code de la route, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Sans préjudice du quatrième alinéa du présent article, lorsque le titulaire du permis de conduire qui a commis une infraction ayant donné lieu à retrait de points est un conducteur professionnel de transport routier, il peut obtenir une récupération de points s’il suit une des formations mentionnées à l’article L. 3314‑1 du code des transports. »
