Rédiger ainsi à la seconde phrase de l’alinéa 5 :  « Les publications de presse au sens de l’article 1 er de la loi n° 86‑897 du 1 er août 1986 portant réforme du régime juridique de la presse qui participent à la convention mentionnée à l’article L. 541‑10‑19 du présent code sont autorisées à contribuer à 50 % en nature grâce à des encarts destinés à la communication environnementale des collectivités territoriales et à 50 % financièrement à l’attention de l’éco-organisme. »
