Summary

I. – Compléter l’alinéa 9 par les mots : « dans un format ouvert, librement utilisable et exploitable par un système de traitement automatisé ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 9, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Dans des conditions déterminées par décret en Conseil d’État, le défaut de transmission des informations nécessaires au contrôle du respect de l’obligation prévue au I est passible d’une amende administrative d’un montant maximal de 0,1 % du chiffre d’affaires réalisé en France hors taxes du dernier exercice clos. »
