I.-Rédiger ainsi les alinéas 4 et 5 : «  Art. L. 211-33 . – I. – Il est interdit de détenir, en vue de les présenter au public dans des établissements itinérants, des animaux des espèces n'appartenant pas aux espèces, races ou variétés d’animaux domestiques définies par voie réglementaire. » II.- En conséquence, après l’alinéa 16, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « I. bis . – Le I de l’article L. 211-33 entre en vigueur cinq ans après la promulgation de la présente loi.
