Après l’alinéa 25, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « c) (nouveau) Est complété par un III ainsi rédigé : « III. – Les fabricants et les distributeurs de produits phytopharmaceutiques ne peuvent inclure dans la rémunération de leurs salariés des éléments variables ou toute prime ou bonus liés au volume des ventes de produits phytopharmaceutiques par l’entreprise ou toute organisation dont elle ferait partie. Cette disposition est applicable à l’ensemble des entreprises intervenant dans la chaîne de production et de distribution de ces produits. » »
