L’article 14 du Règlement est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « Au début de chaque législature, le Bureau procède à un réexamen de l’ensemble des indemnités particulières, moyens matériels et avantages en nature attachés aux fonctions exercées au sein de l’Assemblée nationale. Ce réexamen porte notamment sur leur adéquation aux sujétions effectivement exercées ainsi qu’aux principes de sobriété, de transparence et de bonne gestion des deniers publics. Les conclusions de ce réexamen sont rendues publiques. »
