Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 6, après la première occurrence du mot : « par », insérer les mots : « une déclaration reçue par l’officier d’état civil de la commune dans laquelle est fixée la résidence de l’enfant ou par ». II. – En conséquence, à la fin de la première phrase de l’alinéa 19 et à la fin de l’alinéa 26, substituer aux mots : « acte authentique » les mots : « déclaration auprès de l’officier d’état civil du lieu de son enregistrement ou du notaire qui a procédé à son enregistrement ».
