Après l’article L. 321‑4 du code de commerce, il est inséré un article L. 321‑4-1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. L. 321‑4-1 . – La formation professionnelle continue est obligatoire pour les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 321‑4. « Le décret prévu à l’article L. 321‑38 fixe la nature et la durée des activités susceptibles d’être validées au titre de l’obligation mentionnée au premier alinéa. »
