Après le titre II du livre I er de la première partie du code du travail, il est inséré un titre II bis ainsi rédigé : « TITRE II BIS « GARANTIES ACCORDÉES AUX SALARIÉS TITULAIRES D’UN MANDAT MUNICIPAL « Chapitre unique « Art. L. 1122‑1. – Les garanties accordées aux salariés titulaires d’un mandat municipal dans l’exercice de leur activité professionnelle sont régies par les dispositions du titre II du livre premier de la première partie du code général des collectivités territoriales. »
