Le chapitre IV du Règlement est complété par un article 18‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Art. 18‑1 . – Pour l’application du sixième alinéa de l’article 45‑2 de la loi n° 86‑1067 du 30 septembre 1986 relative à la liberté de communication, le président-directeur général de La Chaîne Parlementaire – Assemblée nationale est nommé par le Bureau, à la majorité des trois cinquièmes de ses membres, sur proposition du Président et avec l’accord d’au moins un président d’un groupe d’opposition. »
