I. – Compléter l’alinéa 14 par les mots : « et si elle est homologuée par le juge aux affaires familiales ». II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 14, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Le juge aux affaires familiales peut refuser l’homologation s’il constate que l’établissement d’un lien de beau-parentalité est contraire à l’intérêt de l’enfant. »
