Après l’alinéa 13, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « b bis ) Le I est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Le Conseil constitutionnel s’assure que le bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire des personnes présentées ne comporte aucune mention de condamnation pour l’une des infractions mentionnées à l’article L.O. 127‑1 du code électoral, à peine de nullité de leur candidature. » ; ».
