Summary

Après le premier alinéa de l’article L. 2113‑13 du code général des collectivités territoriales, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « À compter du deuxième renouvellement général du conseil municipal suivant la création de la commune nouvelle, lorsque le maire de la commune nouvelle a retiré les délégations qu’il avait données à un maire délégué, le dernier alinéa de l’article L. 2122‑18 s’applique. »
