Summary

I. – À la fin de l’alinéa 1, substituer aux mots : « , un infirmier ou une personne volontaire qu’elle désigne » les mots : « ou un infirmier. » II. – En conséquence, après l’alinéa 1, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « Une personne volontaire, désignée par la personne demandant l’aide à mourir, peut procéder à l’administration de la substance létale. Elle est accompagnée et assistée par un médecin ou par un infirmier. Elle peut, à tout moment, faire savoir qu’elle n’est plus volontaire. L’intervention de la personne volontaire se fait à titre gratuit. »
