Après le IV bis de l’article L. 213‑10‑2 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un IV ter ainsi rédigé : « IV ter . – La taxe sur les produits contenant des substances perfluoroalkylées et polyfluoroalkylées est due par toute personne mettant sur le marché à titre onéreux ces produits. « Le tarif de la taxe est de 1 % du prix hors taxe de chaque produit. »
