I. – Compléter l’alinéa 121 par la phrase suivante : « Cet abattement n’est applicable qu’à une seule cession par redevable ». II. – En conséquence, après le mot : « cédés », supprimer la fin de l’alinéa 133. III. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « VII. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle aux droits mentionnés aux articles 575 et 575 A du code général des impôts. »
