Mr. Alexandre Vincendet draws the attention of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty to the expectations of recovery inspectors in terms of salary recognition. Article L. 243-7 of the Social Security Code empowers recovery inspectors to verify the basis, rate and calculation of contributions intended to finance supplementary pension plans and unemployment insurance contributions and the contributions provided for by article L. 143-11-6 of the labor code on behalf of the managing institutions mentioned in article L. 351-21 of the same code. Thus, these new missions require recovery inspectors to increase their professional skills to respond to them and contribute to the increase in their workloads and their professional responsibilities: these skills and these responsibilities must be the subject of recognition valued in the form of salary. The inspectors and their union representatives presented and justified their request for salary recognition to Mr. Yann-Gaël Amghar, general director of ACOSS (known as “URSSAF Caisse Nationale”) and member of the COMEX of UCANSS. The answers given are evasive and give no substance to the expectations of the recovery inspectors, to the pretext of budgetary supervision (while the request can be financed by the management fees collected by ACOSS) and to an alleged questioning of the classification of jobs of November 30, 2004.
